Worst service. They auto renew my account without notice, i only wanted to try it for 14 days and their customer support is almost dead. You won't ever get a reply from them.

While I enjoyed FlexJobs, I am not a big fan of the user interface. It's a little cumbersome, and at times confusing, Though I was clicking on one job only to realize that I was scrolling another one. I
Preferred the older simpler design. Jobs are plentiful, just looking more for work from anywhere jobs and not necessarily US based jobs.

This service used to be great but it's gone completely downhill. I have two different types of jobs I'm looking for and have an outline for each. I get jobs for one and not the other. I used to be able to pick one, but now I can't even do that. I de-activated one of them, but I'm still getting job listing for that one but not the one I want.
The jobs they suggest don't even come close to my preferences. They're all full time (I want part-time). The jobs are for skills I don't have--CPAs, doctors, etc. Not even close. And many of them are for jobs in other countries, or aren't hiring in California. I'm in California!
What a total waste of money. Can't believe how many people gave this service a good review. They must be really old!
