I've found the webinars to be very helpful in building my confidence and sense of self-efficacy in the job search.
While openning site, i found recommended job based on my searches. While I open, I found two things, listing down below.
- Job is expired and no longer accepting application since a month.
- Job is only for US Nationals (while the title said that it is 100% remote)
I found rare sites those are really straight forward to assist and guide user with clear picture.

It is very common for employers, even with their 100% remote positions, to prefer a person that is within their city or state. Employers can also be limited to specific locations due to local tax issues, training, or certifications.
