Flex Jobs is top notch in terms of organization, vetting, search engine. I just didn't have time to use it to the extent that I thought I would have time for. Flex Jobs is great -- the best feature for me is the Suggested Jobs based on your profile. I really was able to find great opportunities. The only thing I would recommend is that you make it easier to organize the jobs, meaning as I'm looking through suggested jobs, I would like to hide the ones I'm not interested in and be able to focus at a glance at the ones I want to look at more. You could do that through your list of favorites, but then you leave the place where they are coming in. Also, I found it annoying that even though I would click I applied for the job, then many of them did not for some reason have the tab that I had applied (yes, even if I refreshed). So then I would either have to create my own sheet with where I apply, but this is time consuming. It would be really great if you could look at the bugs in your system. Also, it would be great if you said that you applied, that it would then automatically at it to a list of applied for quick reference.
