The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating the affordability and variety of services available, as well as the potential for building long-term relationships with freelancers. However, significant concerns dominate the feedback, particularly regarding delayed payments, unresponsive customer support, and a perceived lack of accountability for both sellers and buyers. Many users express frustration over unresolved disputes and the platform's failure to ensure transparency and quality among its freelancers. This highlights a critical need for improved customer service and stricter oversight to enhance user trust and satisfaction.

I have been a fiverr customer for almost 3 years. The quality of their freelancers has plummeted. Everyone on there has little to no prior experience in their particular skill.
Recently, I had a major issue with a freelancer, one that I've never had. The freelancer coerced my to nark his work as complete and review this gig... even though he never finished my work.
I contact support to request a refund, with clear evidence if my case. Their customer service team is an incompetent as the freelancers. Their reply: "Sorry too late, should've contacted us sooner". How could I have? I was doing the adult thing and trying to reason with the freelancer myself before finally escalating it to fiverr.
You should take accusations like this seriously, and review them to maintain freelancers that are the utmost quality. Like upwork. Instead... you accept everyone. And when a customer complains you tell then "good luck and goodbye". How can you make money from freelancers if you have no customers.
You've lost me is a customer. FOREVER!
The management is really good but the freelancers are fake. Check my site https://eastnaija.com I paid for more than 3 SEO GIG on Fiverr and Up Till Now I See No Changes
I created a seller account on Fiverr - from account creation to date, I've been unceasingly inundated with scam gig requests. I'm a data scientist, and offer freelance machine learning dev experience on the side. Literally every request except one that I've received - and I get them daily - has been some variation on the following theme: "I (buyer) and from (some foreign country) and want you (seller) to set up a fake account for me on (gigging platform) because (bogus reasons ranging from work visas to online censorship)."
There exists no means for sellers to report scam requests, and therefore I'm stuck dealing with these messages until the accounts behind them are banned. And in spite of what Fiverr claims, this DOES impact my response rating on-app (not all scams are caught), which currently sits at 60% despite my perfect non-scammer rapport.
See attached my entire message log. Literally every message excepting one is from a scammer. The one non-scam account that did message me was asking me to commit academic plagiarism; that's not much better:(
Fiverr is either in WAY over their head with this, or willfully negligent at maintaining a positive environment for their sellers. All it would take is one machine learning intern with a substandard message dataset to build a spam filter for these sorts of things - Fiverr, if you're reading this (and I suspect you aren't), I'll build it for you.
It took me many months before I could start making sales and just when I did; fiverr had to request for my ID which I presented. They said I was not the owner despite seeing the name on my id card and profile. I guess i don't have to look same in a pic i took 2-3 years ago. Finally i was signed out and lost my earnings. Requirements sucks.
For three years I've been selling on Fiverr and then decided to leave. The support team is awful, the seller is not defended from scammers and you have to check your mail 24/7 answering all the staff( even scam letters), otherwise, your rating will keep on falling. I would never recommend this freelance spot. Keep away from it.
Blocked my account for no reason.
Audacity to say I did not follow terms.
Ordered many gigs.
Sellers are good there.
Customer service is bad.
I'm satisfy online work.
Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.
If you have any computer skill you can earn money from fiber.com easily just baked eggs and published to the fibre and customer will contact you on your profile and they will give you an order you will receive order and complete the order and earn money in in your local bank.if you are writing skill if you have any designing skill if you don't have any skill you can also earn money just copy paste the word you can earn money.
This online business is amazing. It Gives you the time to make money while at home. It makes you get connected with different people world wide and any skill of yours is welcomed. Also too, there is no discrimination of any sort. All are treated fairly.
My mom, dad, brother, and I use a single computer at my home. We all had our own fivver accounts because we wanted to get free money for each other's orders. One day they email me banning me and my families accounts permanently because they tracked them to be on the same IP. I emailed them to fix it but they were unwilling to budge. They didn't care what I had to say and they never allowed me to state my case. They don't seem to care about their customers or creators.
I was asked to pay my $420. Which I did, weirdly it said error every time and said my card would NOT be charged. Well horrific surprise when we realized that oje card was charged twice with $420 and another card was charged one with $420. That's a total of $1260!
When contacting them the first representative didn't even bother reading just told me to go and pay again and send me the link. Heck no! I already paid 3 times!
I've gone through 7+ representatives and each and everyone of them says something else. Also they then lost my credit card info (the ending figures and name) TWO TIMES! To see where my money is or went!
To this day we have received ONE payment back, now they are starting firstly to blame another company who they use for payments. Then they started blaming MY bank for HOLDING the fund. Why should my bank hold the funds? They don't!
I've waited to do a review as I hoped this problem to be solved ASAP, and actually considered moving forward with the artist! But after being passed on from one representative to another AND then then blaming firstly a company that apparently takes their money and payments and then continuing to now blame my bank for it. This is OUTRAGEOUS!
It's been 11 days since I made all payments and filed complain etc. Fiverr also promised to have the money back in my account from 7-(MAX)10 days! Again I'm still missing $840!
Stay away! Far away!
It's a very good site. Helps you to earn money using your skills. You can either provide a service or request for a service. Although it is quite challenging to get first order as a new member in the divert community.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across. They read all your messages and because they misinterpreted what some people were asking for they deleted my account without warning(but allowed other vendors to stay on the site when they were offering the exact same service), they withheld my earnings in their account for close to 2 months and claimed that it was my fault for not knowing how to use my computer correctly to withdraw the funds, and they are extremely unprofessional in their practices. They also take a huge cut of the earnings and then they won't even release them in a timely way. I had to wait 8 weeks, and the only reason I got my money was because I told them Id report them to the BBB and other online sites, which I plan to do for as long as it takes to make this company realize they can't treat people this way.
I think that Fiverr is a very useful app that helps you to make money from home.On this site you can find anything that you need: from pranks to serious task, and i think that is really useful because you don't know when you need something that is one click away from you.As a "worker" at Fiverr you can eran a lot of money from doing what you like and know to do from home.
Their site is impossible to traverse or communicate with anyone. They put in a wrong user ID and password information in my account. I have tried repeatedly to get in to my account but I cannot get in. Fiverr was able to charge my American Express quite easily but hey will not communicate with me, nor will they make things right!
The person in India with an American name was misleading and could not understand me either.
I have a business, That reason my need a logo. I did hire a freelancer he is "Monoranjon Ray" he is great Logo designer, his communication and Design Skills is very high. I highly recommended, if your need Brand logo design, You can hire him.
Thank You.
I am a new user, I have received a coupon of 20% for my first order, the coupon wasn't applied in my first order - a technical issue, then I contacted to their customer support and ask for a refund, they didn't agree to refund me and offered me a new coupon for my next order, then I purchased a new order and the coupon wasn't applied again, the 20% coupon was equal to 300$ discount - again, technical issue. I contacted their customer service again and they don't agree to refund me for these amounts.
I contacted to PayPal and hope they will help me.
If you care about your money - Do not use fiverr services! Do not do my mistake!
I have been seeing fiverr for a while now and needed a professional logo for my ecomm business. After setting up my account, I filtered out what I wanted, to include an English as first language seller. I messaged the person saying I need a logo that will fit and be able to be adjusted to etsy, facebook, twitter, instagram and be used for a business card. I asked if he could do that, a quick reply back and he said he could and to select the medium gig. So I gave them my money and the person sent me generic logos that looked like they were for tech companies or a paper supply company.
Despite telling him what my business was and giving him all of my links, I apologized to him and explained that despite all of his hard work, I could not use any of them. With no real communication other than thank you for your feedback he sent back 3 useless logos.
I then contacted fiverrr (who does not have a phone number) saying I would like to cancel, they told me to resolve it with the seller and to try to communicate with him. So I asked the seller to cancel and he said that it would hurt his business. So I gave him one last try and he gave me mediocre options. I approved them and then asked when I would get ones that I could use and he continues to send me bad files that turn black when I use them. They wont format to etsy. After 2 weeks he has asked me what size the one for etsy has to be. After 2 weeks. I have been back and forth with fiverr and they keep telling me to talk to him and not get frustrated - i was supposed to have a good logo in 2 days not fighting for 2 weeks.
It's a good platform to work near to me
My experience with this awesome i suggested most of my friends about this
Thanks
Answer: I used Fiverr for my company logo. The guy lives in Vietnam and speak minimal English. I paid for an upgraded package with an unlimited amount of revisions, 3 original logos, stationary and Facebook as well as Twitter page covers. What does unlimited mean if a revision takes 24 hours and each revision is correcting spelling mistakes or telling him you don't want a green dog in your logo, I want a natural looking dog. His response is "you choose font and gives you a pale old lady stockings colour dog" instead of a white Dalmatian with black dots or a brown German Shepard. In the end I used an online translator to translate my requests from English to Vietnamese. He told me to sketch something and he'd make something. If I could sketch something then I would do my own logo. The one logo that I liked was the one I gave him all my ideas for. All he did was put it together in the right format. I was so frustrated with his other two attempts that I said ok give me the first logo with stationary and everything I've paid for. I got the most basic design, no stationary or headers. Did I go through customer service? OF COURSE! Throughout this whole ordeal. I described every little detail. Each time a different person would reply and say "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him". Only to have him return with the same dog in orange or turquoise and every time customer service would spit out the same line "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him. We see he is responding to you within 24 hours so for us that means you are trying to work things out. I want my money back! Sorry we can't give you your money back. The seller has received his money and its up to him to give you any money back if he so chooses. It was a dreadful experience. I ended up using an online logo maker and I loved it. PLUS it actually cost less. I'm now doing my own website. If you have the patience then try to do it yourself. Do NOT skimp on your website. The way the world is run today you want your website and all social media presence to correctly reflect your quality. If at the end I'm not happy with my website I will go to a professional and pay what it costs. Hope this helped and good luck
Answer: I know I have to wade through a lot of questionable sellers to get a good one. Happy hunting. There are good ones out there though.
Answer: All I can say id Fiverr is the BIGGEST SCAM going. Had to dispute the charges through my bank to get the money back
Answer: Stay far away from fiverr. I paid a guy to do some work and proved with third party techniques they used bots for fake views to my site. Yet this guy had many many great reviews. You cannot trust this site whatsoever. Stick with paypal as you most likely will get nowhere with fiverr.
Answer: If you want a site designed to steal credit card data from hard-working, civilized people, please use Fiverr. It is designed for one thing: to take your credit card data and leave you to deal with a mess. More details, reply or search for my previous posts.
Answer: I can only imagine you got swindled and feel bad about the fact you trusted someone. Don't feel bad, you did nothing wrong. There are sites who take the time to vet their sellers and then there are sites like Fiverr who let's anyone to join with zero check on their credentials. The entry into selling on Fiverr is so easy that it borders on ridiculousness. Anyone can lie about their location, experience, education, and just about any credentials. Some of them are really clever and mask their fake profile pictures and gig descriptions really well. Fiverr is so secretive about their vetting process, which I seriously doubt there is anything in writing, that you can't trust it. The seller's level is a joke - I've gotten cheated by ones with thousands of reviews. How they received literally a thousand or more review is mind boggling. Go back and check again, you'll notice like 99.9% of the million or so sellers all have 5 star reviews. All legitimate businesses have a combination of good and bad reviews, most average around 3/5 or if they are a really great business 4/5 but for a large company with like a million or so freelancers with zero credentials having 5/5 pretty much tells you there is something wrong. Like I said, you did nothing wrong. I hope you didn't lose too much money. Their philosophy is "We don't care how crappy the delivery was as long as the seller delivered you don't get your money back."
Answer: The answer is plain simple NO! You will get your followers, yes! But they are all bots, so you will lose 90% of the followers the same week, might as well throw this 5 bucks in the air.
Answer: There is very little in the world that is unique. You have to trust or spend a lot more $$$ or do it yourself
Answer: I would suggest having nothing whatsoever to do with Fiverr. When things go wrong - and that happens a LOT - there is no customer support line to call. They make it very difficult (in my own case, impossible) to resolve any problems. Read the evaluation reviews- they are extremely negative. My advice: find another site on which to offer your services. DG
Answer: I've had 28 orders and all but two were very satisfactory. Most were PDFform building or business card templates, but I had s few design logos for me then used the one I liked. Buyers: it's cheap. Remember that. When the service is good I tip generously then use the same person. I get great service, often in one day. When I order, I add express service and have yet to be disappointed. It's a business model without customer service. Face it. If you want customer service, go to Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus. Do a better job selecting your service provider; be clear in the order, and overpay.
