In the midst of the Corona disaster, with delays in delivery from the US, they responded accurately and courteously, and I've never had an NG in the 5 times I've used them in the past.

Довольно четкий и слаженный механизм пересылки. Приемка-упаковка-оплата-отгрузка. На всех этапах прозрачность. Совершил уже 6 заказов, все прошло в рамках регламента работы сервиса. Радует оперативная техподдержка. Одно маленькое но - условие добавление новой коробки если товар в пленка, что прибавляет итоговый вес. Хотелось бы иметь возможность отправлять в более лёгкой таре. Или начислять плату на входящий исходный вес.
