They do not abide by the conditions and laws of the company and deal with customers with coldness and contempt and without providing any assistance and they have no solution other than destroying shipments. This is other than the loss of some shipments after packaging.

I have used this company for 4 years and have decided to stop and warn everyone of how terrible it has gotten. It started out as a good experience with nice customer service. Now it is absolutely terrible to work with and makes consolidation and shipping a nightmare. The benefits of this company no longer outweigh the disadvantages.

Good and fast shipping but some time with sessional promo they may get late to register your ordereds

You charge people money to pay, and when they pay, they even include inssurance in case and when you deliver their orders is not even the half of the shipment!
You just empty the parcels and you tell people that you are treating the problem, but in fact nothings comes out of it.

Amazon delivered you my ordersto your Address and i paid everything you asked me to for all my shipments but instead, you only sent a very small box that it doesnt even include all what was sent with 1 tracking numberl!

So not even you steal people Money but you also lose their orders, and you dont communicate in case to solve the problem by muting everything.

I don't have the store invoice plus I can't take now pictures from all sides of the glass because it's broken and I throw it away! In addition to that the price is only $12 which is nothing to the hundreds of dollars that I paid for express shipping and ultimate packaging that I was keen to protect my shipments and the hassle I went through just to ask for fragile stickers where it should be your first priority to take care of customers shipments! And since I joined fishisfast by a friend recommendation I never been satisfied! Why? Because all my shipments I received must have damaged items!. It's not the refund am looking for as much as satisfying service! I ordered twice and both parcels I received has damaged items! I mean how that could happen!? I was planning to buy more items like projectors and it's accessories that cost more than USD $5000! How you want me to trust you after that?! Any how thank you for your help but I don't want to go through the hassle again with you to refund $12 for broken glass! Considering this amount as a tip from me to you or a donation to improve your services.

I have used shipito for many years, and recently their service has gone to hell and I am going to close my account. I will write a separate review for them. When looking for an alternative I came across fishisfast and my experience so far has been great. It is straightforward to use, efficient and cost effective. A parcel only took a week to arrive to Australia.

My package was lost and when I asked for a refund they said we will not refund you and if you file a claim on Paypal or your bank account we will shut you down and close your account.

I haven't received the package, in the Amazon tracking they write that I am receiving! Fishisfast is not giving any solutions, I lost $ 195 because of it, I got 1 out of 2 packages.
