I've been a loyal fishisafst customer for many years. Until i lost two packages in the strangest way ever. I supespect that it was stolen. I contacted the customer service many time regarding these shipments and they were completely IGNORATNS. Unfortunately that suspecious act led me to never deliver any shipment to them again. They lost my trust.

Everything is great from receiving and fulfillment, except the shipping methods, we need faster than available ones

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO SHIP WITH >NO TIME RESCPECT I AM WAITING FOR 2 DAYS NO TO SHIP MY PACKAGE AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU AREFUND FOR ANY DELAY LOOK WHAT IS THE REASON THE COURIER CAR IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE ALL PACKAGES >>WAIT ANOTHER DAY AS U LIKE >>>>

I'm very glad that this website is the only one that I use to ship my shipments all the time and It's very pleasant to deal with their beautiful customer service. I Totally Recommend!

Very bad service, I shipped car accessories thru them from US to Saudi at $ 700 when Fedex delivere the shipment they asked for $200+ as hidden cost, when complained to FiF they referred me to detailed T&C page where between the lines there is term exclude duties and handling!

You can open a US mail for free, and store all of your goods there (for 6 months, for free) so you can get them all at once for a better value shipping cost

Estou muito satisfeito com o serviço de redirecionamento de encomendas. Já utilizei de outras empresas, mas este é mais eficiente e mais barato, permite que vc edite sua declaração alfandegária e trate a encomenda como desejar.
