Unfortunatelly, your cancellation was in violation of the captain's policy. Despite that, we genuinely wanted to help you out. However, in order to proceed with the refund, as per our Extenuating Circumstances Policy, we kindly asked for supporting documentation. This was necessary to override the captain's policy and ensure everything was handled fairly and transparently.

In our efforts to resolve the matter, I personally reached out, explaining the situation and why documentation was needed. However, we haven't received any of the necessary documents from your end.

We even reached out to the captain to see if he could waive his cancellation policy, given the circumstances. Regrettably, he was unable to do so.

In conclusion, we truly empathize with the inconvenience you faced due to the unforeseen circumstances that led to your cancellation. However, as we had no basis for a refund without the necessary documentation, we were unable to process it in this instance.
