Booked our fishing trip for Nearshore jetty fishing out of Fernandina Beach where we're staying. Paid the 55 down. Received cancellation notice the day before the planned fishing trip. Weather was excellent that day and saw other boats coming and going all day. "extenuating circumstances" was the excuse I received. We're here for one week out of the year, seriously people. They never offered an alternate boat trip, which we would have gladly take, not even a sincere apology. Happened to be fishing at a pier near a Marina that day and started talking to a guide who just returned. Booked a trip with him for the next day. Says he never works with Fishing Booker for a reason. Will never use their service again.
We went out on the dog bone had a great time booked ahead they contacted us and sent us info for the trip what to bring. Captain was great will do it again.

We had little experience fishing on the Great Lakes and Captain Brad did a great job of teaching and helping us to have a great day. His easy going manner and uncanny knack to find fish helped me and my 2 sons have a wonderful time. The charter was great. The Captain and crew were absolutely awesome. With FishingBooker- it was super easy to book it. Saw what I wanted, clicked it and couple easy steps and I was done. Didn't need my teenager to help me at all. Definitely going to use them from now on.

We had a 9-year old son with special needs who was a little freaked out at first by the swells. But the crew did a great job being patient and working with him until he was comfortable. He ended up catching 4 fish and by the end was comfortable and enjoying it. He couldn't stop talking about it the rest of the day. Thanks!

We booked a trip for my daughter's birthday over a month ago and were just informed that our trip has been cancelled 3 days before our trip. We will never use them again and yes we are local.

I was not pleased with the fact that any communication with the captain after we booked still had to go through your email system. We should have contact numbers released to each after the deposit is made.

We took a 4 hour charter with 13 people. Ages ranges from 8-54, with 9 teens/kids. We didn't have as much luck with trolling but when we switched to bottom fishing we did better. We ended up with 21 keepers. Everyone had a great time! We had a couple that had been deep sea fishing, but 4 hours was perfect for us newbies! Would definitely book again! We showed up for our charter and we're told the boat we chartered wasn't working and we would be put on a different boat with a different captain. The crew seemed invested in us having a positive experience, which was nice. Half way through it started pouring rain with lightning. The captain Suggested we go in early, so we agreed due to the dangerous weather. We asked for a partial refund and we're told since we asked to end early we could not have one. I even tipped 20%. Had I known they would lie, I would not have tipped.
Steve, thanks for booking with us and I'm sorry your trip didn't go as planned. While it's great to hear your crew worked hard to make sure you had a good time, it's always disappointing when you can't control the weather! I understand there was some misunderstanding about returning slightly earlier to the dock but the general charter policy is to charge the full price unless the trip needs to be cut short for safety reasons, which is at the discretion of the captain.

The Captain Bill is one hell of a good guy. He aims for the best spots and he wants his people happy. We didn't catch a lot because of tide and current but we had a very nice time and Cap stayed out a little longer until we caught the bounty.

Captain Zach is AMAZING! My husband and I are used to fishing in a lake so we are green horns to fishing in the ocean (first time). Captain Zach was so patient with us when reeling in our Red Drum fish. He made us feel so comfortable, I was very impressed and appreciated his knowledge. We are SOOO happy that we booked our fishing trip with "Red Finn Charters" with Captain Zach Vann. We highly recommend and plan to make it a tradition to fish with him in all future Outer Banks vacation trips! AND we had SO MUCH FUN! It was so exciting when my husband reeled in a 50 inch Red Drum fish and Captain Zach talked him through it. Thank you for a great and memorable experience!
