If you are considering FIS software/product for your company, I would suggest avoid this company at all cost. They have the worst support and no accountability at all when issues arise. Another office overseas faced issues in production and still no fix or resolution after few weeks. Also had to change the consultant multiple times during the course of a project.Their sales team is even worse, making up with ridiculous numbers out of thin air. For the product we are using, there is a 5 - 7.5 % increase in license fee every year, so the longer you use the product, the higher the fee.
If you are looking for a business software look elsewhere, FIS Global will sell you the product with minimum support. FIS Global will support you in the short-run and then forget you in the long-run. Their support is slow and their products lacks the proper manual and instructions.
FIS Global clearly does not care about their clients in the long run. The company is a hit and run for your money.
Got a job with FIBgLOBAL.NET about shipping boxes to Russia with multiple items from car parts to luxury items. In one shipment my name and address and phony email and phone numbers were used. A lady called and stated '' I BOUGHT $ 3000 worth of products using her credit card"' I was just sending the shipment out as per a shipping managers oders on the internet now for two months, I never got paid and have not been able to get there address or IP ADDRESS, Reported Cybercrim to FBI. Consumers beware
