I felt it took a long time to get it, however when it came in the people were good to be carful with it and took it out and plugged it in to be sure no damage.
I was confused when the cable came in the mail and I got an email saying the unit was delivered when I only got the cable. However a week or so later the tv was delivered.

Firstclasstvs.com had the best price that I could find even after shopping in several stores and all over the internet. Shipping was fast and communication was excellent. The TV was exactly as described and works great. Overall the entire transaction was seamless and I could not be happier with my purchase. My experience with Firstclasstvs (through eBay) couldn't have been better. Shipping was unbelievably fast -- I ordered my LG OLED on a Sunday and received it that Tuesday morning. The television was exactly as described -- brand new and flawless -- and I paid less than I would have anywhere else.
Everything went exactly the way the ebay posting said it would. Delivery took longer than ebay's estimate, but the posting did mention not to trust ebay's delivery estimate. The discrepancy may be caused by their habit of shipping an HDMI cable separately, and tying that shipment to the ebay transaction. Not exactly sure why they do that, but it did make me a bit uneasy. Nevertheless, shipping did happen promptly, it just spent a bit of time in the shipping process (maybe around 2 weeks?). Despite many poor reviews of the shipping company, my experience with them was fine. The shipping carton was in excellent shape on arrival, with no damage to the TV. They unboxed it just enough to power it on and verify it looked good. The TV was, indeed, brand new as advertised, and flawless. The delivery guys were courteous and friendly. I had no issues when registering the TV with the manufacturer, so I assume my factory warranty is good. Email response for the one question I sent them was prompt. They made no attempts to upsell me to a different product or sell me accessories, other than the warranty offered in the posting, which I did not happen to purchase.
Best price anywhere for my 65" LG TV. Delivery process went exactly as advertised. Very happy customer!
