It took a month to finally get my second lg oled after several contacts to Sam, but the HDMI cables promised didn't come in as agreed upon so I purchased it myself. On the second tv I waited two whole days for delivery by Fedex. Each time it was supposed to be delivered I had to go nowhere all day. On the second try Fedex said I wasn't home, which was a lie. I live in a gated community and waited 20 feet from my door when they claimed they came by. Needless to say, after several complaint calls and demands to Fedex they sent out a small delivery truck with the tv. I found their handling of a fragile electronic tv terrible as I watched it being unloaded. They wouldn't even wait for an inspection and told me they didn't have time. Fortunately, no visible damaged occurred. The first tv was a great experience, however on the second one it was horrible and a big waste of my valuable time...

Very good price on an 65" LG OLED TV. The TV was delivered within 4 days which was ahead of the promised time. The shippers called ahead to make an appointment for delivery and arrived within the promised time. Overall this was a very good experience.

Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase of the dream TV that I've been waiting to buy at the 'right' price for a long time. I only wish I would have made my purchase with FirstclassTV the day before I - I could have saved another $250! That price beat everyone else's hands down. I would have like to get the TV a little sooner but then again it was getting close to Christmas.

TV was delivered in 8 calendar days which was at the front end of the projected delivery range of 7 to 14 days. That is very good. But, since the order was placed just before Thanksgiving, it stayed as "label made" status for about 5 or 6 days before actually being picked up by carrier. Then, shipping was just two days. Other than that unusual shipment processing communication, everything was great! I am used to two day shipping by Amazon Prime, so it just seemed a little slow to me. But, the price couldn't be beat! So, I am very satisfied overall.
