The LG OLED55E7P was brand new, factory sealed with a April 2017 manufacturing date. Wow, a great deal and it looks and sounds great. Contacted First Class TV's for information about HDMI placement on the LGOLED55E7P, different from the LG OLED65E7P and First Class TV,s picked up on the third ring and answered my questions. Top notch customer service. I had no problems registering my LG OLED55E7P with LG, online. Why pay more for the same TV?
