Great TV at a great price. Thanks

Skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised that the product came as advertised. The item was authentic from the manufacturer as sold in retail stores LG 55 in OLED E7 p. Would recommend using online pay security such as PayPal and purchasing the insurance to protect your purchase.

Ordered last week of Dec, it arrived 21st or so of Jan, so a long wait for delivery. I'm also still waiting on a 4K HDMI cable that customer service said they'd send me.

Very reasonable pricing. They were found to be professional with no hidden costs or bait and switch tactics which is prevalent with many on-line sales. It was refreshing to find a store like Firstclasstvs as they take to heart customer service and total quality management principles. OLED TV arrived on time and in pristine condition. We could not be more pleased.

Great TV, packaging from the OEM was excellent.

Was very good, good communication. Only minus was that delivery people called 10 min away and we were told they'd give us call 1/2 hour before.

They were very professional and when I contacted them through email they responded promptly. I also received my TV sooner than the delivery date.

TV is great

All good.

Excellent service. Fed ex truck broke down but TV still got here in reasonable time. Always a slight challenge to not miss Fed Ex even when I paid extra for planned delivery time. Inspite of that Firstclass TV lived up to its name. Fed Ex apologized and all ended with happy customer.
