It took over a week for me to receive any real shipping information. Someone did call finally and was very nice and helped confirm delivery time. Delivery driver was very helpful too.

The price was so low that I was suspicious; however, reviews looked excellent, so I took a chance with FirstclassTV. No regrets--the product was LG TV 65" was exactly the correct model--brand new with a serial number that LG accepted for warranty. Delivery was also top notch. A pleasure!

Buying through Firstclasstvs.com was simple and quick. They sent me an invoice upon request and the item (OLED TV) was delivered safely and the TV is amazing.
I did have a problem with the AM Trucking delivery company though. They confirmed my appointment for a Friday and I took the day off to receive the TV. They showed up unannounced on Thursday and claimed that they emailed and called me 2 days prior. They did call and email but that was to confirm the Friday delivery, not Thursday. They eventually rescheduled for the following Monday but I had to take that day off unnecessarily.
