I was a little skeptical upon buying an expensive TV from an unknown supplier, after researching the Sony 65" X900F firstcalsstvs had the best price, I researched the history and found that they have been an ebay member since 2004, they have an average rating of 5 stars and any deficiencies (less than 5 stars) were resolved. Although I didn't get any tracking information like you would with Amazon the TV showed up within 5 days, delivered to my door and the packaging was new. I paid with PayPal as you have a 180 days to dispute any transaction and if you use a signature visa card a year of warranty coverage is added to the manufacturers warranty at no extra cost!
Wrong tracking number provided to begin with. When I finally got a scheduled date I waited until the deadline just to have them call me to cancel and reschedule. Other than that, price and tv was a great find.
Excellent pricing, shipped on time, but estimated delivery date was off. Was hoping to get my TV before 10/19 which is what estimated shipping said. It ended up being delivered on 10/24. No big deal but gave my hopes up on getting it before my birthday.

Great TV. No problems at time of delivery
Firstclasstvs is exactly that first class. The whole transaction was handled quickly and straight forward. After the sale was the only phone call that I received and that was just for a follow up to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Also to check on the delivery to make sure that my new TV was delivered in a timely fashion and was opened up and checked at the time of delivery. If you are worried about buying a new TV online you have no need to worry about this seller.
Delay in delivery due to truck broken down is my only issue.
