Shipping was wayyy too slow but I received the product that I bought, and it was brand new which is what was stated. Shipping took a total of 15 days from the day I placed the order.

The delivery was a complete fail on the part of the delivery company and the driver, which cost me additional funds to have the product delivered.
The TV is great. Delivered when stated.
The delivery company didn't call ahead to schedule a delivery time. They just showed up and I happened to be home. Other than that, the experience was great and the price was great as well.

Overall the TV came undamaged as expected. -1 star because of the unadvertised shipping insurance of over $100 which was charged after the purchase; that should be up front and part of the cost in the website. Also communication could be better about when to expect shipping / tracking information. Lastly as of 1/29/2020 they aren't an authorized seller for LG and as a result having an issue trying to get the Disney+ promotion.

Getting an update about shipping was an issue with the shipping company but once it arrived the product was as described and great service via firstclasstvs.
Ordered TV for $1399 including shipping. Got a call for an additional $149 for "insurance". Deceptive advertising, I canceled the order.

Shipping times varied from ad in eBay, the confirmation, and sales call that I received afterward so it caused confusion. Promised 'white glove' service had to be coaxed out of delivery men, who just wanted to leave box just inside door after arriving beyond the latest time given in estimate.
TV works well and nothing appears to be damaged.
Got an LG E8 at a steal of a price. The only downside is It took about 3 weeks to deliver, but thankfully I wasn't in a hurry.
I was a bit hesitant since the seller is listed on the LG website as not one of their direct sellers and one of many to be weary of (some of which I've bought other electronics from in the past without issue). But the price sold me, and I got the square trade warranty as insurance. From reading other reviews before I bought, I saw some reviewers got phone calls upselling the shipping insurance. I didn't get a phone call like that, which may or may not be because of already getting the square trade warranty at time of purchase.
The delivery guys were very professional, asked me where I wanted the TV, unpacked it, plugged it in and made sure it was working properly, and even asked where I'd like them to put the box it came in.
This replaces my Sony 55" x850D. That TV is not bad, but no joke, my wife and I are awed by the inky blacks in comparison, and very happy with our purchase.
