First Class TVs provides a different shopping experience than a typical online store, but the price was so good it was worth it. I was frustrated to not get any shipping info on my TV, and outright angry when it arrived with a cracked screen. However, following that issue, customer service was helpful, provided a return shipping label and sent me a new TV very quickly. On the second shipment, I did received tracking information and am happy to say my new TV is up on the wall and looks great.

I wish I knew ahead of time of the required shipping insurance. If something says free shipping then buyers should be notified if they have to pay other costs on top of it and that is nowhere on the website.

I was looking for a new TV I like the LG OLED that came out I was searching everywhere I seen at Walmart and Best Buy for 3500 I didn't want to pay that much so I shopped around and found first-class TV and I see that they had the TV for almost nine hundred less how could you go wrong so I ordered the TV it took 5 days to come in it was brand new sealed in the Box and I save so much money I was able to buy a five-year in house warranty first-class TV fits the name very well if you're looking for a great deal on a TV don't hesitate get one from first-class TV I highly recommend them

Overall I had an amazing experience with Firstclasstvs! Very reputable and focused on making the customers happy. They answered all my questions promptly through email and their prices are unrivaled. Shipping info was sent through email for tracking. I will definitely do business with them again.

Only negative was tv panel was DOA, but this was not the fault of First Class TV. Problem was taken care of in a timely manner. Unbelievable picture once problem was rectified. Lowest price I could find, delivered in one week, great communication after the sale. Would definitely be a repeat costumer.
