The price was the best on this LG OLED C8 TV anywhere. At first I thought it was too good to be true, but 100% positive in their reviews and they sell a ton of TV's I finally pulled the trigger. Couldn't be happier. Also purchased the 5 year warranty and white glove delivery and still under Amazon, Costco, and Best Buy's prices. Will certainly recommend them to my friends.
They called shortly after the sale and thanked me for the purchase, and offered the warranty.
Delivery service could use some improvement. It got to the warehouse in my area super quick but sat for a week until I called them. They delivered it shortly after that.

I was skeptical, but after researching the site and reading reviews I gave them a shot. Everything worked out great, I'm glad I ordered my TV from them.
The technician I spoke with on the phone was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He even explained the difference between the extended warranty they offered versus the extended warranty I had purchased elsewhere, and, it was so much better, I cancelled mine and ordered from him instead!
I still think the delivery "insurance" was a scam. Otherwise I was extremely satisfied and would have rated you all fives.
Delivery was the only problem. Firstclasstvs was very responsive and they dealt with the delivery issues.
Ordered mid July, order sat in processing for a long time. TV finally showed up in late September. Product was as advertised and works well, but not sure why it is so hard to process an order and ship in a reasonable time frame. Worth the extra few bucks to get it from amazon or somewhere local.
I paid for the upgraded white glove service, but it was not performed. The delivery company left the tv in the bottom half of the box and left all he packing material behind. I was left to assemble and set up the device all by myself.
I called the delivery company about when the final delivery would be performed after tracking the TV to the destination terminal facility. I was told that it would be another two weeks before they were back in my area. I protested this and asked that they do what they could to expedite the delivery. To their credit, they made the delivery four days later after I made my call.
I shopped around and compared products until I decided on the very product I wanted. Firstclasstv offered a better pice than I could find locally so I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. From start to end it was a good experience.

I was really worried till it showed up in one piece
Not happy about little or no info on where the tv was at and was not notified when it did arrive. 4 days it sat in a apartment office. The TV itself is horrible looks like something from 10 years ago. I can not get it to look any better Than a cheap led tv.
I ordered an LG c8. The first one arrived with a cracked screen which I believe was the shipping companys fault. Firstclasstvs.com took care of it immediately. I had my new tv within a few days of them receiving and checking the cracked one. Customer service was excellent. Although prices have declined recently, at the time of my purchase, I received a very good deal.
