Great service, I bought the LG 65inch c8 and the price beat out the competition. Can't get it cheaper anywhere else. I received it in about 2 weeks. The TV is a cut above the rest. Awesome picture the colors just explode off the screen. I plan to buy all my tv's from First Class TV. Great Job guys.
TV arrived in a timely manner, was tested and works well. However, customer service was pushy in requesting feedback on ebay.
I was a bit hesitant at first buying from a non box store, but purchasing through ebay and firstclasstvs was a smooth experience.
Not sure, so far not impressed on line price didn't include insurance +$120 seemed like a NY scam artist tactic. Delivery that was supposed to take 10 days is out to 17 maybe canceling the order and going with best buy guess you get what you pay for. The delivery company AM Trucking is absolutely the worst no idea when my unit should show up. They blame a late arriving trailer for missing the delivery window but it's their trailer that was late? Now they say delivery some time next week once they have a delivery window open WTF. First class doesn't help at all. You may get a good price eventually but you have no idea when you get it. Insurance is not already included in the price as very clearly stated in the shipping policies on the website since we try to offer the best prices in the nation for our TVs. Shipping insurance is a variable cost and changes based on factors such as location, TV dimensions, weight. In order to keep the price low and give every customer their best possible price it is quoted afterwards. For example, if Joe lives in North Carolina he may only pay 3.5% shipping insurance rate but Tom who lives in Oregon may pay 11%. If we made it flat rate every customer would have to pay the highest amount which is 12%. This way we can help our customers save the most money! EVEN AFTER SHIPPING INSURANCE YOU ARE STILL SAVING CLOSE TO $1000 VS. RETAILS PRICE!
