I really thought th the mask was of good quality and the artist, Daniel Butterwort, is an exceptional artist. Very detailed. I recieved the mask very quickly upon ordering. Very satisfied with the company
A Google search led me to this site. Easy to navigate and very fast shipping.
I received my Iphone's hull representing the landscape I had chosen. The landscape is beautiful, the hull is solid and pleasant to hold in the hand. I am happy with my purchase.
Item i paid $120 for never arrived. Every time i call they will say somebody will call/email back but nobody ever does. Think they are happy just to take my money and run. Actually ordered a 2nd item which didnt arrive either so i have been chasing and chasing and in the end one arrived after several weeks but the other never did :(
Loved this painting. The acrylic was perfect! Hung in space above stairs. Packed extremely well!
This was my first purchase with FineArtAmerica and I was so excited to get the print I ordered from an amazing artist I found on instagram. The quality was excellent, colors and image exactly as I saw online. There were lots of options from buying a print only to buying a fully framed print. I chose a stretched canvas print, which came with hanging wire already installed and a hook and nail for the wall. Perfect! It was nice to be able to decide to purchase a ready-to-hang piece and not have to fuss with finding the needed materials and guessing correct sizing for a frame- completely worth the extra money (which I would've had to spend on hanging it myself anyway). Conversely, if I had a frame already or just wanted to pin it up poster style, the print prices are so reasonable, it allows anyone to collect pieces they love for sharing and illuminating their spaces. Will definitely purchase from this site again!
All artist that I have purchased from are extremely creative with their designs and I am very pleased with all of my items.
This company has been so terrible to work with, I will never use them again! I will refer all family and friends to steer clear. I ordered a picture for a nephew who had just lost his wife. I placed my order at 10 pm and called the next morning to change the frame. They had me cancel the first order and reorder with the new frame. A month later and they still have not canceled the first order after placing many calls and canceling 3 times. I have not been refunded from the first order after a month. I have called many times and no resolution! BEWARE!
So impressed with the company. First class service, the quality is superb. The artwork is amazingly extensive. Will be my first port of call for my next requirement.
This is my 3rd purchase from fine art America and I love doing business with them. They are prompt, efficient and quick to problem solve if or when there is an issue! I will shop again for sure!
I've had a wonderful experience shopping online. There is a lot of art choices on the website, shipping is fast even over countries and the final product is amazing. Overall it was beyond expectations. I definitely recommand to shop online with them.
Quite by accident I saw a photographed image for sale on Fine Art America. I do not know the photographer. The photographed image is original art painted by me! I did not give permission nor am I given a credit. The photographer claims the work is his. What a surprise.
I received my masks and I love them will definitely get more... I get many nice compliments thank you.
I'm very happy with my purchases on Fine Art America. Honest, good quality prints and products.
Rob Norwood is one of the best artists of tie dying, and very well known. I was excited to have his affordable art pieces on the masks! Since we're staying covered up for a while, might as well look fabulous doing it! They came just a few days after ordering. I am very pleased.
The site was user friendly and the artwork beautiful. I highly recommend.
Unbelieveably bad customer service. I received an empty tube vis UPS with -0- inside the tube. Is this a scam company? Repeated calls to the call center did no good. They have no direct contact with the compant that prints the artwork. The company is Graphix designs from north Carolina. There phones are all disconnected. Only option it seems is dispute with the credit card company.
This is a quality organization. From the ease of purchasing to receiving the order they have their act together.
One final thing, the protection for the photos is outstanding
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
