It was very easy to browse the website to find the type of picture I wanted for a particular area in my kitchen. I was able to match the frame with my lighting. The quality was far better than I expected because the price was so reasonable. I need more pictures for my recent renovation and I will definitely be back.

I have bought an art print for my house and had a great experience with Fineartamerica. Items are well described and terms for return and shipping are easy to find.
The product arrived within 2 or 3 days after the purchase and was very well packed, something that worried me considering it is always raining in Denmark.
I just wish they would keep the metric system all the way to end of the purchase process but it's a detail that was easily checked online.

I bought several items (tote bags, carry-all pouches, coffee mug, beach towel, notebook, yoga mat, throw pillow, tapestrie) and each one is perfect and well done. Manufacture, finished, materials and colours very beautiful. The artist's work is well valued. Very accurate shipping with traceability, even the fragile coffee mug arrived in perfect condition. Shipment shipped very quickly, naturally we must add the time to arrive. I live in Italy and the time have been a bit long. Deserve 5 stars, I will buy again.

This painting warms my heart and is very soothing! On Instagram, the artist (Saundra Johnson) showed us parts of her creation of English Garden. I am very please with the t-shirts and masks. I can hardly wait to wear them at the concert in July. I hate to wish my life away, but I am REALLY looking forward to seeing the Doobie Brothers again, AND especially excited to see and hear Michael McDonald join them and sing again!

Found a picture we liked for our living room, had it matted & framed. Delivery was a touch expensive for a framed print but it was really well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. The frame was beautiful as was that mat, looks fantastic on our wall. The whole experience was flawless.

Custom options for print size & framing is great. Priced right.
I ordered a canvas wrap around print in size 30" x 18" (even larger was recommended). I received the canvas print, but noticed the center of the image (on the stomach) looked like it was damaged or flawed. I wrote the company to tell them I wasn't happy. Their response was that it wasn't their fault. There was a flaw in their image. There was NO information in the description that indicated that the original image had a flaw in it so that consumers could make an informed decision.
I ordered a map print, which arrived within a few days after the order was placed. It was very well packaged, protected from any bending/bruising hazards. The print quality and detail was remarkable. Very satisfied with the service and price.
I purchased the photo by Cameron Anderson titled Bukima, Silverback Gorilla. I selected the 6.5" x 8" size in a metal print. I would definitely go for a bigger print. The print is very well made and the image is super crisp. Gorillas are such impressive creatures! The reason I chose Cameron's particular photo was because it shows a gorilla doing what it does best, which is, of course, eating.
Items arrived in condition described, and earlier than expected.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
