The website is straightforward and easy to use. The item ( a print)is of a high quality. The packaging was totally secure and the item arrived in perfect condition within a few days. I am very pleased with my purchase.
I have been with FAA since 2021. I have been painting in acrylics for decades, have been represented by galleries, have been juried into shows including a prestigious one in my state. I am not what you'd call a "beginning" artist. However, I'm not famous.
To be on FAA my recommendation is that you be famous or at least well-known. If you are not, your chances of being seen or featured are practically nill. You have a better chance of selling your art standing on a street corner.
FAA says sell your art and you might get featured, but imo they don't provide any meaningful tools to help you sell. I looked at their upgrade plan and I don't see any meaningful advantages over the free plan. FAA suggests you go to their forum to get "help". The forum consists of other artists you are competing with for attention, so I do not trust fellow competitors to help me succeed.
The entire time I've been with FAA I see the same names, the same artists who are already famous at the top of every category, no matter what "keywords" I enter. To get to my work you'd have to spend several hours going through pages and pages of artwork. Most customers are not going to do that imo. Would you? The fact is, FAA is too big. You are competing WORLDWIDE with other artists, including dead artists such as Van Gogh. Do you really think you stand a chance?
Add to this fact that you make very little per print that you sell. It has been a complete waste of my time. I am going to a smaller online venue where at least I may stand a chance of being seen. If people can't even see your work, what's the point?
It is a very well done canvas and capture the magic between Steven and Joe on stage so far I have two of the set of four I want. I return to them to business because they are easy to get a refund if the pic does not reflex what you thought it might. It costs a little more than some site, but easy returns and work itself is worth the money

Because the artists are top notch, and the photography, watercolors, pencil drawings, and New Yorker covers are grand. I spend much too much money on my cards. However, it is heartwarming when friends and family remark on the cards they receive. I take great pleasure in sending the perfect greeting. The cards are of the finest quality, and the customer service is prompt and professional. Case in point, there was an order, a few years ago, that never arrived. When I contacted FineArt and explained the issue they didn't hesitate to make good on my loss. I received my replacement order at no cost. If I have any negative comment, it would be the cost of shipping and handling. I find it on the high side. That being said, they have a loyal customer. I get such joy and pleasure browsing through the hundreds of cards. I am HOOKED!

This was my first purchase with Fine Art America. I purchased a variety of blank note cards that were by Seventh Generation. The cards are absolutely amazing from the beauty of the photographers work to the exceptional quality of the cards. In fact the quality of the product is so good that the note cards could be framed. Because of this, I now plan on purchasing some of this artists work on canvas.
The print is way too DARK, OK I know it is a sunset and there are shadows, but it is black in many areas cannot see the shorelines or details, colors in the dark print are no where near what is shown on line in the ad. Where the quality control, or it just isn't? This was over $500 and to say I am disappointed is being polite. The frame job is good, but the print itself is awful can't even see most of it so dark, looks nothing like what is represented. I won't order here again, be careful that you may not get what you expect.
I ordered two wall artwork items, one a framed photo of a building in Boston and the other an inspirational quote on canvas. The website was easy to navigate, the choices for framing and matting made it easy to compare, and the ordering and delivery were smooth.

I wanted a large picture by John Singer Sargent (in whites to match a similar typeI have). Not only did they have a picture choice but I got to choose my picture size, frame type (from tons of choices and colors) and as many mattings as I wanted on it. I was amazed at the choices and to be honest, I kept changing them because it was fun!
The picture arrived well packaged with hanging wire on it and ready to put up. I love my picture. I will definitely use Fine Art America again.

Superior quality matting and frame! I loved how I could choose everything for my artwork, the frame, of which they had lots of choices, the matting colors and sizes. Double matting is also available. It was a fun and seamless project to put together. The website is very user friendly and colors pretty true to real life. My artwork of course looked so much more amazing in real life, I could not be happier with my purchase
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
