I absolutely hate that you people run stinking websites that promise me the ability to "see available rates," but then you don't let me see possible rates that I can shop, you just turn the bloodhounds loose on me to try to get my business. Don't get me wrong–I want to talk to real, live people, but first I want to see what they have to offer and then I will decide if they're someone I want to talk to or if they'll just be a waste of time. If you're going to offer an online service for seeing/shopping rates, let us see what is being offered and don't waste our time. I won't take a single call from you otherwise.
