You guys suck i wanted a straight foward answer written in blck n white. By not showing me written estimate, You see B4 i speak with anybody ibwant to see real Numbers on the value of my home. Especially with all the info i filled out during screening. I finish yoyr 2min screening. And then im asked for my phone numer and met with ava message saying i would be contacted by secretary, then asked somemore bull$#*! questions knowing full well u stupid agent of real-tehas been screening the entire convo. Im no suka; "JACK"! If i would have sseen real numbers we could of had a conversation. I dont deal with those who use deception to get there hustle on..

This is just plain publicity taking you to one lender and no comparisons as stated.

I have never been good at banks. Then I thought was going to work out with my husband he committed suisde, leaving me with 4 children. I had to work 3-4 jobs just for the funeral. Then I had to quit work my car broke down & after paying for the funeral I had no way to get the car fixed.my husband's family turned on me & the children. At one time in winter we camped out in a friend s yard. When Spring came, I hitchhike to find cook& all I got was security. My husband had life. Insurance but he never had put myself & the children on the certificate. His family thought I didn't deserve the money. They kept it all.

I wanted some figure to just check not companys to call or call me. Thought I was getting good information and numbers not phone numbers.

I am wondering how owning a home on an Indian reservation does that affect whether I qualify for this I own the home outright payed it off the land it is on is reservation lease land but the home is mine I know that makes things kinda difficult but wanted to find out if I would qualify and am interested to hear what you got to say the thing is that the reservation guarantees they would buy it back for market price so that's a guarantee that the house is guaranteed to have value idk if that makes a difference because some houses sit on the market and sometimes sell for less then the value it is appraised at the reservation will purchase it back if I ever chose to sell

Ok the information for refinance and to see if I qualify

I didn't ask for q VA lender & Ovation is a credit repair - not what I asked for. I could have approached Ovation myself, of I trusted them. If you don't have lenders for people who think they have "fair" credit (mine is rated "fair" with some, "average" with others, why waste my time?
