I just started so it is difficult to assess right now. But so far it is good.
I can contact my lender please no more phone calls
Ok, however I needed to go back & correct the state which was entered in quickly to CO, not SC.
Also, our credit rating.
I Could not go back to do that!
Straight forward and easy. My first reaction was that it was too good to be true.
First I was surprised but then I noticed that this is a $#*!ing scam you massive $#*!
I'm no longer sure if this is a Federal Government program or not.
Just recieved a phone call as soon as I put my phone number. That is a boo. Now I just recieved a text, another boo.
Within minutes, my phone rang. Unfortunately, my day has been a tough challenge and I'm not on the mood to do ANY MORE paperwork or listen to a charming sales associate trying to whisk me off to new adventure.
Said Government program, not looking fo all these groups to bother me!
No rates showed up. I'm not calling all the different businesses to find out the dates. I thought that is what you did.
I responded to a mortgage rate offer that I later found was unrealistic. Because I responded to the offer, I was then inundated for two days with offers by phone and email unnecessarily since the offer was a marketing fabrication only.
Doing the application was very easy, no problem. Liked the presentation.
I look forward to approval refinancing. Need to repaint inside and outside house, minor repairs, flooring
So far all I have done is fill and refill out information. So I can't rate my experience

As soon as I completed my request for quote with my phone number, my telephone rang and was a lender that came up on the next web page as a lender in my area. Less than two minutes later, another lender called from my area and left me a 3 minute message about "my request to refi my home." I just wanted to see if I qualified for a deduction in mortgage and was NOT looking to get hassled with phone calls from refi lenders.
Good, except I don't want to provide my phone number and have people call me
I have been thinking about refinancing my Home Equity Line of Credit Loan and this is the first time I have seen a lower finance percentage rate.
Someone called me but I was not ready to discuss anything yet just wanted a little info. Person was very pleasant that I spoke too
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
