The link I clicked on said this was a government saving program. I have been through the refi thing with several lenders and NONE of them can offer us a lower rate. I thought I was inquiring about a different way to save money. This is misleading advertising I sell ads and might contact the FCC about this. It's deceptive and flat out wrong.
