Article about federal gov't discount pulls you in however the process is yet another mechanism to get client information. The portal doesn't tell you anything about the fed gov't discount and if you qualify. Shame on me!

I have been matched with these 3 lenders before and they have not been able to help me. This is just a scam.
I communicated via text with 2 lenders after their initial contact. I have not heard back and it has been more than 72 hours. Disappointed. I prefer to communicate in writing (text or email) rather than a phone call. I suggest you add an option for lender feedback.

I don't see any 'Government programs' here, just contact info for 'commercial lenders'. Already been there... done that.
I didn't anticipate being bombarded with texts and phone calls literally the second I hit the confirm button. I felt like a piece of meat being attacked by vultures.
