This was misleading. Article read one thing and clicking on link takes you to putting in information and ending up being called by dozens of lenders. This is become annoying and whoever is paying you for this service is not going to get their money's worth eventually further down the road.

I feel that your initial ad about the "government providing a prigram to lower your mortgage payments " was misleading. You were simply reaching out to lenders who can save me money due to lower interest rate. I do not want to be contacted by all these lenders. They are already contacting me.
The initial intro said "government pay off your mortgage" and when I clicked it was an application for a refinance. This is a completed FRUAD and FALSE ADVERTISING. I will tell everyone who calls me they are participating in deceptive advertising.

Article says I would be directed to a way to eliminate our mortgage if we have "no missed payments". This is NOT the case! Instead I have been misled into "applying" for a refi… NOT happy with this!
It said in just a few minutes I would have info on my qualifying - but of course once I put in info, I get a list of people who are going to call me - NO THANKS - Please do not call.
