Your company does bait and switch.
You offer a regular refinance and you advertize a goverment assistance.
The question were short and to the point. Thank you
This was not related to the government program that you professed. Was a trick to get me to refinance to a different lender. What crap.
All you've done so far is the same thing as the others. I've barely glanced at companies & possible offers. Your pop ups start. This Irritating Distraction is avoidable isn't it
What experience? Do you mean the forms! They were ok.
Great for a computer program but basically a waste of my time and your server
I started out showing interest in "new government programs that it sounded as if I might be able to qualify. Very quickly it slid into a loan/ lender search, & now I will receive a lot of calls from lenders that I do not want! The entire experience seems designed in "trickery", and I feel very angry!
LoanDEpot was easy, knowledgeable and pleasant to do business, and we are moving forward with them; Rocket Mortgage was disappointing, wasted a lot of time and got no requested information.
Good and what are costs and rates.
No phone calls
Emails only.
Is this a govmnt program or typical refinance click bait with fees bait and switch?

It was just a good time to come look for help. Yall
Have tried this before and had a problem resident proof of living in my home.
I don't see anything that is tell me if I qualify for the government payment results or not, but I only see the mortgage agency logon, that is lies for the owner a hope of freedom and democracy.
You did not address the so-called gov't program you displayed in your ad
I have no opinion at the present time just beginning the process. But we are looking to refinance and help with home improvements.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
