Quick
I don't know what to say just put my information in so far
I am 80 years old and on social security my house payment is 450 a month.
I wanted to see estimated savings up front. Then I would think about going through the gruesome task of getting lenders
Great, very easy to use. Got a response in seconds
This just takes you to lenders. Once You give your info, you are called by multiple lenders. Not interested.
It seems like a bait and switch. It is talking about a government program then when you enter your info it switches to lenders. A message comes up that the match lenders can't come up, they will call. Then when they call the rates are higher and the payment is higher than the current payment.
Fetcharate does not actually offer any rates. It funnels you through an information chain not specific to VA, and at the end gives a pile of possible lenders with possible rates. It is useless. I can do that on my own.
So far nothing to talk about Waiting to see the rates
Let's see if I get some results at this point- to see what is ahead, instead of a ton of people calling or mailing offers.
My experience first account with a few about it and didn't know what to do but if I talk to them they made everything much easier maybe calm down a lot Maybe everything in a different perspective a better perspective
So far, I haven't had any experience with them. This is my first time doing this.
Filling out information quick and easy. I pay my bills and have a great repayment record. I have hope in receiving assistance now
Easy to comprehend and not full of redirecting adds or pop ups and I can fill this out and not get gimmicked for $2.99 processing fee
The rates I were given were not lower than my current VA rate! I think I was misled!
I like the message you sent us about why you can't connect us to a lender. Our current home is paid off but we are considering a reverse mortgage to finance some repairs and modifications.
Quick response with locating several mortgage companies that might be able to help me.
Seems a marketing ploy just to get your info so lenders to call you. Not to help you get an idea. If Im going to be bombarded with calls from lenders that can tell by info don't qualify. Shame on you please remove me from your list..
Right business trying to help me is what I want thank you i
So far so good. I not very financially savvy, so I would need a person could "dumb it down" so I could feel secure if I decided to do this!
Very quick and can give a more educated answer when I see the rates and numbers.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
