I do not want phone calls. I have a very young daughter, also do not have what people would call a normal sleep pattern. Email rates. Phone calls turn me off as stated above.

Ive talked to loandepot and they dont offer near that low of fixed rate. So this is very misleading to say the least. Even the arm loan was 5.5 with points paid.
Advertised that calculation would be immediate after entering info. IT'S NOT! This is a scam to get lenders info to solicit homeowners.

You say I would know my discount, but we both know that was a lie. This was just to get info so mortgage companies can call me with rates that won't be close to the 2.25% you showed in the beginning. Not all of us Americans are gullible.
I feel this is just an advertisement site for mortgage lenders. Has nothing to do with government assistance. Very disappointed for being mislead once again.
