Vague, not complete and tough to understand on newer loan conditions.
More questions to clarify those details would be comforting.
The team seems to be anxious to help Ross sounds like he knows what he's doing
I don't like calls as soon as I fill out the questions. Just show me through email what you guys can do for me.
Please give me a chance to see what you are offering.
Right now I'm working with a company to work on my credit for its up to standard so I have a little more time for getting it done
Why play games? Why can't you directly tell us the rate instead of waiting on a call back and future spam?
I don't call anyone to get a lower payment? Either you have it or you don't!
We all know this is bs to get me to take out a loan with you! It's all about money! Shame
It's been very easy to work with so far! So many offers are gimmicks!
You failed to provide any proposed lender terms. All you did was try to get my name and number to solicit me by selling my info to lenders. Gotcha! I expected you were deceptive and did not provide correct info.
The questions were easy to answer. I did not have to get information from my files.
I thought I would get a refinance quote on location and my credit rate without having to talk to several agency's calling to offer refinancing rates. I'm seeking to lower interest rates on loan.
Waiting for mortgage company to reach out to me is somewhat questionable
Interesting idea. Am disabled and lost business (food) due to Covid regulations. Thank you for reaching out.
Fine. I received quick preview of what I might qualify for in a refinance of current mortgage.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
