Gave me choices from several different mortgage lenders
Ad clicked was for fed mortgage assistance. Lots of info requested upfront. Leads simply to a local mortgage supplier source. Dangerously close to bait and switch tactics. If the marketers were skilled they wouldnt need to participate in low level dishonest mislead tacticts for sale lead generation, grow up get skilled learn how to be a profesional rather than trailer distributor trash.
I am still in a chapter 13 and have about 14 months to complete the process
It was easy and I'm glad it didn't ask too much personal information.
Excellent, fast without being a goal crusher since my income, current isn't huge, in about 6 months, my goal is to buy Not Rent, Solo. I'm divorced. Had No clue that Renting vs Buying is where term Slumlord derived!
Did not want to talk to lenders. Wanted info by e-mail. Getting too many scam calls every day.
This is a phony service. I have never miss a mortgage payment in my life and I have always paid all my bills. But ANY of the lenders you picked, wont do this refinance of which would cut my mortgage payments almost down to 0 because I do not have a perfect credit score. No matter what the hell I do as far as all bills etc. it makes no difference, they keep holding history against you forever. So with your company trying to get people to refinance, it is all bogus. None of it is true. You guys really need to quit trying to make people feel there is hope. THERE IS NO HOPE> I have tried over and over unsuccessfully to do all the right things and where has it gotten me. NOWHERE> So take off your advertising here as it is a lie and not true. I am also a retired Vietnam Veteran with 6 medals and ribbons behind me for serving this $#*!ed up country of which everyone has turned on me. So be it.
Haven't heard what anyone can do for me? How can I give an answer?
Nothing has been done. So everything is up in the air

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
