Since that action, we have fully paid back the arrears and have been fully current on our mortgage and ALL other financial commitments and through other approvements made (new heating and cooling system, new Anderson windows, vaulted ceilings, 4 VELUX operating skylights, central vacuum system (Bean 6-outlet), newer ull bath, master bedroom loft. Well landscaped, in a quiet 1/2+ acre lot in a very well-maintained neighborhood.
