If I have a current rate of 2.87% and a current pmt of 823.06 are you saying I could beat that in half the time then sign me up

I have no phone service because my cable system hasn't been working for 2 months!
I don't like getting the phone calls!
Information requested was standard. From reading the ad I though it was going to be some kind of grant from the federal government. NOT GOING TO A MORTGAGE COMPANY TO REFINANCE. IT IS A LITTLE MISS LEADING.
Literally 2 seconds after i hit the submit button, my phone started ringing
SITE CLAIMS TO GIVE MORGAGE RATE/TERM WITHOUT A BUNCH OF "BS" BUT ALL I GOT WAS "BS" NOT RATE OR TERMS.
Simple process for eligibility determination and identification of potential lenders.
Simple survey/data collection process...
I've been trying to refinance my house for years but due to negative reviews for medical bills have kept me from doing it. I haven't missed a payment in over a year and am currently one month ahead.
No experience all I did was answer your questions.
Site refused my specific house address I guess because it is so new. Had to use different street #
It appears that the only way to determine if I can save on my mortgage is to refinance. Do not call me, text me, email me, or mail me.
Fetcharate makes it seem like it is a quick process, i. E. click a few buttons, answer a few questions, to determine if you can save money on your mortgage. It isn't. It is really about setting people up to refinance their home through a lender. What a "come on."
I haven't been able to use the app yet but it would be a good app if it does what it says it'll do
Fine but do often the mortgage does not work. Lets hope this actually works
I can't lie. The end result will tell the tale. However, I just fell into this online site and I got extremely excited. So far, this has been a very easy and comfortable experience. They asked some basic online questions:. Approximate value of my house and how much I still owe, is it a primary residence, is it single family. Then asked about any foreclosures or bankruptcy in last 7 years and one word description of credit rating. That's it so far, maybe 3 minutes. So far, so good
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
