The site states at this point I would see an estimated savings. I answered the credit score gauge, amount owing and estimated value. This should be sufficient to give one an idea of savings before being inendated with phone calls. This is so not the case and false advertising I don't adhere to.
Sorry.
Expected info about stimulus based Federally assisted refinancing
Stop calling! True story…. Your auto dealer has made 20 calls just today. I want to discover and educate myself. I don't want to talk with 20 reps…..
I won't work with loan depot. I was only given one selection.
I hate these adds. You obtain my information under false pretenses. Then I am susseptible to to calls from all these mortgage lenders. Just give me the information I am looking for. You have enough of my information and I won't be talking to any of your lenders.

No real people to seriously help me with a good rate for a property worth 3xs the loan requested value.
Come on man. Freaking dumb algos
So far, it was quick and easy- Hope responses will be aware of, and can provide further action that will yield positive results.
This suggests some sort of government program to give a break in home loan payments, but it is just a come on ad for mortgage lenders. Now I am getting all sorts of phone calls. GO AWAY
I didn't actually want talk to anyone. I just want you to take my info and say yes I can help here are your offers, or no we can't help have a nice day. I don't have the time time to do the work for you.
He walked me around after the job was done to make sure I was happy with his work.
Would like to only receive email responses not phone calls
I was mislead. I thought "fetcharate" WAS the lending company instead I entered my information only to be bombarded with calls from different lenders
Before I completed survey info, I got a call from a fast-pitching mortgage guy. I have yet to see any information about the program and am not interested in listening to a pitch until I do.
This is a scam for lenders, not a rate calculator. Disappointed.
My phone is already blowing up after less than a minute. Just want information, not phone calls.
Misleading. Ad said filling out fields would result in identifying how much I could save, not have a bunch of lender sales people call me.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
