Unable to go to the shop in Hobart due to Covid 19 restrictions I decided to mail order. My chocolate arrived very promptly and perfectly packed.

As a result of the COVID19 pandemic I am unable to spend time with my grandchildren. I saw an advertisement for Federation artisan chocolates and was very taken by the variety available. I decided to send my daughter and her family some delicious chocolates for Easter. The website was easy to negotiate and I received a courteous reply to a request that I made on line. The chocolate only took a couple of days to come from Tasmania to Encounter Bay in south Australia. I'm looking forward to hearing what my daughter and son-in-law have to say about the chocolates because I must admit they look delicious.
Lots of lovely eggs to choose from and I found the perfect gift. Received the egg on time and in perfect condition with a lovely follow up note and discount for my next purchase as well as a follow up personal email.
Long time purchaser of chocolates from Federation, excellent products that are delicious! Recommend them highly especially for the adult flavoured Easter chocolate treats! Good options for delivery (Local in our case) during this pandemic.

I first tried this chocolate at the Salamanca Markets in Hobart while on holidays in Tasmania. I fell in love with their sugar free/gluten free range. It was such a treat to receive my parcel of chocolate goodness in the mail today!

I found Federation Chocolate on a recent trip to Port Arthur and was very impressed by the litle talk and explanation about Artisan Choc produced and packaged here. The lay also stated she would not be packing any choc for delivery via post in the heat Tasmania was currently experiencing. Thoughtful and showed integrity and care about why their choc was special. I purchased on the day. When I returned home found the web site and sent an order. No issues with the web site easy to navigate and was very well presented. I received my ordered choc. In a timely manner, with no issues. I am lucky enough to be returning to Port Arthur in late May and I will be stopping again with a new travel companion who I am sure will enjoy the talk and the produce. Thank you for allowing me to babble... but it really is beautiful chocolate.
Our first experience with federation chocolates was at the Salamanca Markets in Hobart. The person on the market stall was very knowledgeable and as a result o the information we purchased a chocolate bar (No Added Sugar Dark Chocolate). We then ordered some o the chocolate online and the experience was very professional. Our chocolates have arrived and they are delicious. Great product and good service!
I eat a lot of artisan chocolate and this is one of my favourites ever. The flavours are fantastic and the texture incredible. I will be buying this brand of the rest of my life! Hope the company never changes hands!

We had lovely personalised service when ordered afternoon tea at the factory. Unfortunately we had limited luggage space and couldn't take chocolate home on the plane. They lovely woman suggested I order on line with free delivery over $50. Perfect opportunity for some special christmas present add ons.
They actually rang me to discuss delivery as the weather was super hot. Despite the weather delay I received everything just in time for Christmas. My family loved it.
The choccy was delivered promptly and in good condition (which was a Christmas miracle considering the heat we have in Sydney in summer).
Unfortunately it missed the secret Santa gift it was supposed to go in due to timing but now has been re-gifted so didn't go to waste. Good product, easy to order, no fuss process - would recommend this Tassie coy. Thanks guys.

With over 200 orders sent in the last few weeks it has been a very busy time for us and we have worked to get the chocolates out as quickly as possible (and keeping an eye on the heat to make sure we can get it to people in one piece)
