Got tired of dealing with this vendor and asked PayPal to help.
The boots I recieved were not the boots i ordered. They weren't handmade or leather. In fact I located the artist on etsy whose photos Fayfio stole. The guarantee is a lie as well.The first pic is the boots i thought i was getting. The second pic is what i recieved.
After waiting 5 weeks for the order to ship I decide to cancel through Paypal - Paypal processed my claim within 24 hours - which makes me thinks they already know this that vendor is a fraud. I had reach out to the vendor several times asking for a ship date and they simply said - thank you for your patience we will be shipping soon - but never gave a date. Their website says they normally ship within in 3-4 days or 7-10 during busy times.
STAY AWAY
Super scammy site. Dozens of 5 star reviews written by non English speakers, or bots. Don't send them any money.
Ordered boots on 12/31/2018. I have not received them as of Feb 19th. Sending email to cancel and refund, keep getting stupid emails as to why not cancel and refund.
The product (Leather Boots) arrived and was NOT as advertised or pictured. The materials are not leather, they are rubber, there is no arch support in the boots and they do not fit, the sizing is incorrect, the "leather hand stitched desgin" on the outside of the boots are glued on rubber, and the ties are decorative, not functional.
I asked for a FULL refund plus return shipping. The company continues to email me with ridiculous offers to give me a $5 credit towards a new purchase, saying it's too expensive to return the item, they even suggested that I give the boots away as a gift, rather than ask for a refund. I have now filed 5 separate complaints. I'm going to file complaints until FAYFIO refunds me. I did not take pictures of the boots received, as I immediately re-wrapped them in their original packaging. Order #2509 place 1/29/19
