Don't order from this company, they are rip off artist, I'm reporting them to better business Bureau, made order over a month ago haven't received nothing, no tracking number nothing save your time and grief, $#*! fayfio

Order mask back in April 21, never received. Tried to get information on shipment, only thing it said is shipped. Give no tracking number, so you can not track shipment. Tried to contact someone the company, nothing. Will never order from this company every again and recommended no one to order from here. Now working with my bank to get my money.

I never received my order I have a trail of email communication with them the order tracking number never worked then finally it works a d shows the shoes were sent back. 75usd gone.

What you get is nothing like what is pictured. TOTAL SCAM! No way to return. Tried to get my money returned but they refused.

Ordered 2 boots, totally cheaply made, no point of origin sticker, one sole so damanged it was unwearable. They refused to honor their "unconditional warranty." Then stopped communicating. Total crooks

My mom got boots that didnt even look like the picture. She asked for her money back, sent them everything the asked for and then they blocked her. Dont do business with them unless you want to lose your money. They just want to cheat us "stupid americans" out of money!

Shocking. These people steal photos of other people's work and pretend to sell them. They do a horrible, cheap rip-off that is nothing like the product they are supposedly selling you and then DESPITE their Guarenteed Refund, refuse to refund any money.
Hugely frustrating and surely illegal... buyer beware!

The boots that arrived did not fit. They also did not look anything like the pebbled leather shown in the photo. The boots I received were made out of cheap vinyl, the likes of which you might see in a cheap Halloween costume. I emailed the company and told them that i wanted a full refund.The company responded to my emails, but basically told me tough luck. I am in the process of reporting them to various agencies for fraud.

Placed an order the end of Jan. April 10th have not received product. (pr of boots and purse). Told them I wanted a refund. Cause of course they cash you money right away. They stated the order has been shipped and in the next sentence I'll receive a tracking number once the order is shipped! Obviously, they don't know what they're doing. 101 dollars down the drain!

I spent $73.98 on a pair of leather moccasins and after 6 weeks, received a vinyl pair of boots looking nothing like the web photos and you cant even get your foot into it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I can't even get my foot in the boot. No zipper, elastic or means to open ankle to insert foot. Shipping company is out of Chino California. Elogistics. No way to get ahold of them via the phone. Bot emails are being sent asking for same information over and over like no one is reading my communication. Don't buy them SCAM. Garbage is the place for these boots!

It took a long time from order to delivery, first of all, and when I opened the package I could smell plastic chemicals before I even opened the bag. The shoes are not leather, then are cheap plastic and look nothing like what I ordered. I will be following the return instructions but am not holding my breath on a refund. I am, however, holding my breath because of the plastic chemical smell that I can still taste in my mouth.

After I ordered I went to their Facebook page. All the reviews were bad. I tried to cancel but there is never any response. Found out via checking account that they are a company in China. Lightning fast speed, high quality and 24 hour customer service are all lies. The real boots cost hundreds of dollars. Sad that they are wasting the earth's resources making garbage. Should have used paypal.

Order boots in January 2019. 3 weeks went by and I contacted seller and was told boots were out of stock and did I want a full refund or order something else. I requested a full refund in February 2019. March 2019 received an email that my boots were shipped, end of March received boots that are garbage... not as advertised, not real leather hand stitched. Scam! Trying to return now, huge hassle. No one will respond.
