I've purchased 13 trees, 4 fruit bushes, 2 regular bushes from fast growing trees over multiple years. Not one purchase has ever been anything but great. There's just no other place you should be ordering from!
The tree is beautiful, health and happy! The shipping took four weeks.
While the plants I received seem to be doing ok so far, some additional time is needed and they don't look very healthy. I was promised a 20% discount if I referred a friend, so I referred someone, and they sent me a 15% discount to expire June 24 (it's early late April at the time). Contacted FGT, they said they changed it to 20% and immediately get another email saying it was changed back to 15%, then they started to pressure me that if I use it now, I can get the 20% that was promised, but I had to order very soon. Not to mention, one of the two trees my referral bought came with barely any root stock and the leaves have all died and fell off, but FGT won't yet honor a replacement. Sorry, but no roots on a tree is not the fault of shipping and wasn't known until it was removed from the original container.
Order came in quickly. Most trees in good condition. Autumn blaze maple was broken as well as the bamboo stake attached to it. This had to be done by the one packing it as the box was undamaged. I am nursing it back to health.
The seven foot tree I received was really only 5 ft at best.
I paid extra for a larger tree. The fact it had one shoot much longer than the body of the tree does not make it a 7 footer

The tress I ordered arrived when they were available. Neatly packaged and kept damp for the journey to north San Diego, and now they each individually are thriving. Root and grow products were also purchased and used.
Received trees that had packaging ripped open and dirt spilled all over in the bottom of the box. 7 out of the 10 trees had dried dirt that was not holding together when planting the trees. When removing from black packaging 7 trees came out with all roots exposed and dirt still remaining in the bottom of the black plastic bases they were shipped in.
I've already provided feedback to this company on the day my trees arrived and heard nothing back. Not pleased and very unfortunate because I consider myself a loyal customer and would have bought more in the future had I heard back and was compensated in some way. I also received a survey for a free $50 gift card for filling out and after completing was told "too many responses similar and that I wouldn't be getting the gift card". Don't send me any other information or surveys if you don't intend to fulfill on your promises.

We ordered three trees, they all came at the same time, were planted immediately and only one is alive. We ordered root and fertilizer products as well, which of course we used as we didn't know the trees were dead. When I called about the dead trees and sent pictures, he indicated I would not get additional fertilizer and root material with the replacement trees and would have to pay shipping. My issue is, you never honored the first delivery as three live trees were not delivered and thus the shipping should be on you. Good customer service would also recognize that we had know way of knowing not to use the materials as we didn't know the trees wouldn't live.

I ordered a tree and it arrived quickly and in good shape; however,,, it was a different species than what I thought I was replacing. My fault entirely. So,, I had to order another tree. It too arrived quickly and in the best shape.
Delivery was prompt, communications were good. A little dirt fell out of the pot but my lemon bush didn't seem to mind. She is happy in her new home.

The plants ordered arrived in dire condition. I understand that sending life plants through the mail is going to cause some damage. Unfortunately, all 6 items were squished together in one box without any separators. This caused major damage to the foliage causing broken branches, yellowed leaves and loss of soil around the roots. One of the plants didn't revive even with tender loving care.

I paid for expedited shipping and my package arrived over a month after it was ordered. This is unacceptable. I understand shipping delays amid covid but not when one pays xtra. Also was never notified of the delay.

Your order was shipped on the 7th, and was delivered today the 11th! We do not do expedited shipping, just normal. If you were to need anything further, please do not hesitate to make us aware! Shipping was fast and item was well packaged. The tree had many discolored and/or browning leaves. It has been over two weeks and I have been able to get some rebound, but the tree isn't as healthy looking as I hoped for at this point. I usually have good luck with trees/shrubs/plants. I have been doing my own landscaping for many years. Hopefully with more TLC I will get it to respond better with more time.
My initial order was one plant short and had one plant damaged during shipping. I called their customer service and the plant missing from my order and the damaged plant were shipped immediately at no charge. Excellent customer service!
For the price I paid, I expected a little more of a substantial wisteria. It is the size of a weed.

The Camelia looks great and is thriving in our yard. They are not super fast on the shipping, but they are honest about when it will be shipped. It is easy to track the progress. I'm very happy, and my only complaint is that the box was too large. It was a lot of cardboard to recycle. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
