I purchased 2 apple trees that cost over $300 over a month ago. They are sickly and dead and continue to give me runaround. Clearly they do NOT honor their warranty even with many pictures of dead leaves. Save your money.

We ordered the Bloomerang Lilac Tree. This is the very first time I have ordered live plants online. The reviews were great so we decided to give it a try. The tree arrived in great condition - the packaging is very good. We planted it that day and it looks really good. I feel like this review is a bit early, as the tree has only been in the ground two weeks now and we have been having very cold weather for May. But we can see new growth and it looks like it's going to do well. So, we shall see how it does throughout the summer, but from our experience so far, I would definitely order from FastGrowingTrees again.
I have done the scratch test and all four plants are now brown inside their branches and branches easily break off.
The temperature has been in the 80's here for several weeks now. It was in the high 70's, low 80's when plants arrived and placed in the ground

The tree I received was in excellent condition and is doing fantastic.
I have bought several trees from this site and have received them in excellent condition each time including two blue java banana trees. The first one died (totally my fault), but arrived in excellent condition. The second one is outside now and growing well. I am very pleased with my experience and will continue to use fastgrowingtrees.com as my source for any future trees I need provided they carry what I'm looking for!
The minute *after* I placed my very large order with the 5% discount code their website gave me, I got a pop-up with a 15 or 20% code (I forget which) for my next order. Would have been nice to get that discount on my first large order. I'm the shrubs were in great shape. But my yard is full, so I won't need any more shrubs/trees in the future, so can't use the code.

The web site was easy to use. When we got our tree it was very well packaged with no damage. The tree had new growth and even a flower. It continued to grow and thrive from the moment we received it. We will order from them again.

The site says there may be a few brown leaves but I had un-growable plants. I let a plant expert see the 2 spider plants and they said, they shouldn't have sent them to me. It is supposed to be a gallon & it wasn't even close! They said they use a different kind of gallon. WHAT⁉ I sent them pics, they said it was normal! I said there are too many stems that will NEVER grow, They didn't want to refund my money and I tried for 2 days. I asked to speak to a manager & they wouldn't come to the phone, they just told the agent to give me a FULL REFUND. The email says $100.35, they only gave me $88. It's been about 3 weeks and they still haven't given me the rest of my money! I'll take this loss this time and NEVER order from them again! I will also BLAST them on YouTube!

I received five plants. The four fragrant olive shrubs look great.
The crabapple tree that I received has a very weak and small root ball. Since it didn't come in a nursery planter, we put it into a nursery pot based on the sad root ball. The plant isn't doing well, and the leaves have fallen off, despite giving it the correct amount of light and watering regularly, but not allowing for root rot.
I did get the plant insurance, so I might have to use it if the tree keeps looking worse.

Received our Autumn Cherry Tree two weeks ago and it has already grown over 2 inches in just two weeks. The tree came packaged very well and did very well once we had it in the ground. I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees for your tree experience!
I ordered this tree to keep the memory of my daughter alive, it came on time and I planted it as directed and it is already budding, it is a red sun red bud and it should be beautiful.
The company selectively replied to 1 of my 2 questions and then sent multiple links to review their product. Still haven't heard back about the 2nd question.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
