I got a cherry tree and completely dried out. They send me another one and out of the box. The cherry tree was in the same condition.

I was surprised at the size of the trees being bigger and healthier than I had imagined they would be and better than a local dealer who ships country wide. This was the first time that I ever bought plants on-line. The experience was much better than I expected. All of the hedges (5 total) arrived faster than expected in exceptional packing. I got them in the ground immediately and so far, several weeks later, they seem fine.
I had a nice phone conversation with the salesman about what I wanted and my expectations for what I would receive. They did follow through with good service, a well packaged plant, and fast delivery.

When my mom passed we received a tree from a friend to plant in her honor. It looked pretty dead when we got it but, it was March so we thought maybe it just needed some time. So it was still a dead tree in June, unchanged. So we had to dig up the tree that we planted for my departed mom. So I called customer service. The idiot I spoke with made the process seem straitforward. The person who gifted the tree had paid for all the extras, fertilzer, gloves and the warranty for the tree $14.95. So the dummy I spoke with, when told the situation, said she would give me a code for the same value as the gift we got and I could go in and order a new one. Well, the code didn't cover anything but the tree. So we would have to pay shipping etc. that is pretty crummy in my opinion. So I called back and explained the new situation. I got a better person this time who voided the code and allowed me to select a comparable tree since the original pink dogwood was no longer available. She ordered it as a replacement and we didn't have to pay shipping this time. The tree that arrived (tree #2) also appears to be dead. It has no leaves and the two branches are brittle, but the trunk has some flexibility so i am hoping it is not totally dead. But fast growing these trees are certainly not. You will be lucky if you get a living one. I would say a more apt name would be Sticks in Dirt.
And my guess is they get away with sending dead trees to people as gifts for passed away loved ones etc because they are gifts, and the headache of dealing with them to try to replace the dead tree is something most people just give up on after they deal with the customer service. Avoid this place if you can would be my suggestion.

I ordered the wrong tree by mistake. Their customers service helped straighten that out with no hassle. My cherry tree arrived in beautiful condition. I contacted them about some leaf loss. They reassured me and noted file in case, lots of new growth coming so all good. Excellent company and product.
I ordered one lemon bush, one avocado tree and one lime tree. The all came looking great and in great shape. The trees are taller than I expected.

The shipping order process needs change. I placed an order, received confirmation. But an address confirmation went to spam as did all subsequent notices and order was canceled. I discovered when I called to track my order. I placed the order with YOUR representative and I STILL had to call again to confirm my address. I had to call AGAIN when I placed a second order to confirm the same address again. Make it EASY to be a customer.
I was very excited to order this tree. When it came in it is very small and scraggly looking. It looks like most of the branches were cut off and trimmed back to nothing. Its growing but looks very sad. Hoping it improves as we planned it to be the center piece of our landscaping.
I received healthy plants and they are thriving. Excited to see them grow.
We ordered a tree that was shipped sooner that estimated which was nice. They gave updates as the timeframe changed so it was not a surprise that we could not prepare for. The tree was in good shape when it arrived, and is doing well now in our yard.
Don't look like my tree is going to make it. Leaves have turned brown and falling off. Planted the day it came the way it said to plant it. Not happy.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
