Tree's are small
July 2, 2021

The tree's are always small and not very healthy and if you ever try to get a tree replaced good luck. They only want to give you penny's on the dollar and want you to order more from them

Broken trees!
July 2, 2021

I ordered 2 apple trees for my grandson. The trees were broken when they arrived. I called and two more were sent. Broken when they arrived. The packaging was not sufficient to support the trees. The delivery people brought them to our house holding the box in the middle. Thus broken trees! I have not gotten confirmation yet that the cost of the trees was put back on my credit card. Very disappointed.

Hollywood Juniper
June 29, 2021

They were smiling at me when I opened their box, and they have me smiling after I got them in the ground. They haven't tried to die off at all. Thank you FGT!

Too soon to tell
July 2, 2021

The delivery was fine. Plant looked good. It has been planted for a few weeks and hasn't produced any new leaves. It might be the transplant shock. I need to give it more time to know. Thanks.

Laurels and watering tubes
June 29, 2021

We are confused that the watering tubes only water for 5-8 hours at a time. We thought that they would be a much slower release process, for easier water management. Filling them every 2-3 days is not an easy job.

I was told to wait 3 or 4 weeks for the plants to look healthy again. Totally unacceptable

We're so sorry to hear how your plants arrived! Shipping stress can cause plants to drop leaves and wilt but almost always make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!

I ordered 6 trees from them, and all did not thrive in spite of best efforts. It took too long to transport the trees, and that might have contributed to their failure to thrive. I inspected one of the tree base without the soil, and I noticed that there were NOT enough roots to enable the tree to thrive; I suspect that it might have been typical for all of the trees I bought. GENERALLY, I think it's a good idea to mail order any tree. The best recourse is to order it through a local nursery in March or April and by it through them. In that way you see what you're actually paying for, in contrast to a seeing a "twig" from a box.

Poor packaging
July 2, 2021

The plants were nice size and looked like they were good when shipped. The packaging was very poor and due to the weight one had the roots completely ripped off the plant and it died. The other one seems to be doing ok.

I had an apple tree and raspberry bush break in transport as they carriers didn't handle the boxes carefully. Fast growing trees promptly sent the replacements and they are perfect. They had quick responses and amazing customer service. I will be purchasing from them again.

Never Again
July 2, 2021

I have had bad experiences before but this was the worst. Dead or weak plants and trees at delivery, poor customer service, and a warranty that does not work unless you really complain and in the end cost you more than if you bought the items from a local nursery. I was so disappointed that I gave away me credit to someone else because I did not want to waste more time and money getting new items. Would never use them again.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Our 1 year warranty covers a store credit for the cost of the plant so it can be replaced. If you have any issues with your plants when they arrive, please let us know right away so we can cover it if it does not recover. Because there are so many environmental factors that can depend on the livelihood of the plants, we aren't able to issue a refund when activating a warranty.

Blueberry Lover

The two trees each arrived with broken limbs and dead leaves. First time buying blueberry trees. I probably ordered too late in the season. I am happy to have them in the ground. Hope they will be successful.
