We ordered 4 hydrangeas that arrived in a terrible condition. The plant that they sent for replacement didn‘t look much better but at least we were able to plant them.

The trees are beautiful and healthy. They came with complete instructions on how to plant them.
We read all of the fantastic reviews before ordering 5 knock out rose plants. Two came and were ok. The other three came in a separate box not packaged properly and were squished - planted anyway but not doing well. When the company found out, they immediately send three new plants (all packaged perfectly this time) the first box of three were not. They were very concerned that we were not happy, and did everything possible to remedy.
The plant was reasonably priced, and was received in a timely manner. It was packaged with great care and was in excellent condition upon arrival despite ordering it in the heat of Summer. It is thriving, and I would recommend purchasing from this vendor every day of the week.

Smaller than epected upon delivery. I'm sure it got hot in the truck coming out to CA for SC. All flowers dropped off, but it was alive and the base was still moist. It's doing well with quite a bit of ne growth.

Fast Growing, but slow arriving! Don't order if you have any trips planned over the next couple of weeks!
Through a combination of Fast Growing Trees and FedEx, the trees arrived the morning after I left for 3 day weekend holiday. The original estimated arrival date on the order was well in advance - 2 weeks! Nearing the holiday I called a representative - Elvis M - and they advised the plants would most assuredly arrive before the holiday.
Additionally, the box has been opened by FedEx for inspection and looked like they'd gone through airport security - banged up and busted.
When I called to file a complaint with the company, they directed me to fill out a ticket, that they had no ability to file one for me and tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible.
I filed an online ticket with photos. They replied they needed more photos. Really? No, I'm fine. I'll order elsewhere in the future.

My 3 hazelnut trees arrived broken about half way up the main "trunk"
I bought 4 lemon trees and a pineapple plant, the lemon trees came healthy but smallish. However they have grown a lot and are doing well now. The pineapple plant I wasn't happy with, it came with very damaged leaves and they did replace it, BUT I had to cover the shipping... I didn't think that was right they should have replaced the plant without issue especially considering I sent pictures of the damaged leaves and I did wait for for a month hoping the plant would come back on its own and take off as the Lemon trees did.
Be sure to reach out to us within the first 5 days if there are any concerns with your tree so we can cover it 100%. Beyond this we do have our 30 day guarantee which covers a replacement if shipping costs are covered. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
