Best best best customer service! Ordered plants two times but didn't come in good condition due to delay shipments. Called customer service they refunded my money back right away. The second time they replaced a new plant and came in perfect condition. It was a little stressful but the seller was super nice and made me feel good. I am happy with my new plant and planted right away with happy frog farm potting soil ( for now). Thank you fast growing trees.
I received a referral to this website from my son. He had ordered from them and was very satisfied. After I placed my order, my tree came on time and as I expected. It had dropped all of its leaves in the box but I am beginning to see signs of new growth.
Terrible. Ordered a rainbow eucalyptus tree.no problem. Got the tree it arrived dead. Completely dried out no leaves. Paid extra for the warranty. They sent a new tree again all dried out. Talked to the customer service representative and said I would pay extra to get it over night. No help. Would not do it. Sent a third tree guess what? Crispy and all dried out.
I ordered the 10 tree special, none were within the 12 to 24 inch height and the actual tree quality is terrible. You don't know what you'll get online, you do get the harder selling trees that are deformed

When my package got delivered it was left vertical and the vanilla bean orchids were damaged. I tried to salvage what I could but they look like they're dying. The crepe myrtle container was broken as well but it's surviving.

The butter fly plants didn't look too good when they were delivered. Planted on the same day received my order. Watered often, but don't think they will survive.

The first tree started to lppk not so good after a few days I call and sent a picture. They replaced it no problems
I ordered a 3 gal Meyer Lemon Tree on 8/21/21. With insurance and plant food I spent $162.00 and got a 2 foot house plant. I received a notice that a replacement is on the way. WHEN? I live in Florida where I could get one for $30.00 within 30 minutes of my house (my friend got one) I feel broke and foolish. I will NEVER buy anything from Facebook again.

Paid top dollar for Japanese maple and oak leaf hydrangea. Plants arrived and literally looked like plants you'd find on the discount rack at Lowe's.
Maple was over 300 dollars and looks like a twig. Hydrangea were 3 gallon and trimmed down to look like a small 1 gal shrub, that cost 100 dollars.

The tree came in the time frame quoted. Instructions were clear and thorough. We planted the tree as directed and hopefully, it will grow and grow and make beautiful apples.

Fed Ex waits until it is the hottest part of the afternoon to deliver live plants and then refuses to even ring the doorbell so that you know they are sitting in the heat. Also, obviously they cannot read. The package plainly said LIVE PLANTS-lay flat-THIS SIDE UP. The box was NOT laying flat-it was standing on-end and when I opened it, I discovered that it had been turned upside down and most of the soil had come off the rootball and was loose in the bag. I kid you not.

The tree I received was not in great shape. Very sparse and a lot of leaves had fallen off. I contacted them on this and although their method of email communication was awkward and inconsistent, they did manage to give me a small refund as compensation. Hopefully the tree will regain its health and grow.
Ordered and received an Anna Apple tree, which arrived dead due to Fed Ex holding it for the weekend in darkness. They shipped another one promptly with arrived with no issues and was planted and doing well.
Plants were of promised size and healthy. They were packed and watered properly. Very satisfied. Would purchase from this company again.
The tree arrived in terrible condition with no leaves on it, and bugs in the roots. It was topped off to make it the advertised height. I sent two messages regarding the bugs, with NO returned messages to help me deal with the problem!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
