We ordered two each of pecan and pear trees. All 4 arrived quickly and in great shape. We planted them around our pond.

Our original purchase date was April 25th. I was refunded for a tree that did not ship as it was out of stock. I was sent a free Japanese maple for purchasing a certain amount. I noticed that this was not a full grown tree but a graft of a Japanese maple onto?. It doesn't matter. It died along with the persimmon and the cherry tree previously mentioned.
We have an irrigation system on a timer so trees were never without water. All instructions were followed.
These trees were purchased for a new home in a new state.
I must say that whenever dealing with customer service reps they were always polite and attentive. Unfortunately that does not in anyway make up for poor product.

It took a week and 3 days to receive my order, my tree was dying, I'm trying my hardest to revive it. And the box was placed at my door on its end, not the recommended way. The shipper is doing you a disservice.

After shipment The delivery took longer than expected and customer services was very nice about keeping track and assured me they got us cover if the plants were not in good shape.
Unfortunately some of the plants did get damaged (the boxes were also damaged) but I am sure this was the delivery company responsibility as it was the delay.
I reported this to customer service, send some pictures and they replaced the plants in no time. This time the delivery was on time and the plants were in PERFECT condition, beautiful and healthy. That is how The first plants were supposed to be, but as I mentioned I think the damage on the plants was the delivery company fault and still fast growing trees replaced them.
Tree was delivered fast but it was a twig, 6ft tall 1/4 inch thick. I am the laughing stock of the neighborhood because of my tiny little twig tree. This tree will take 30 years to become a ten footer if it survives.
I ordered a tree as a house warming gift. Immediately after placing the order, my credit card was charged for the item and never shipped. After several calls and emails to the company, I was told the tree was going to be shipped in 2-3 days. I never received the order. I called the company back (again) and was told this time that my order was on backorder. I asked for a refund.

Delivery of trees was delayed two days by FedEx. As a result they suffered severe shipping shock since they were in the box for eight days. As of today we don't know if the banana and peach trees will survive.

We had a very dry summer, and unfortunately one of the two trees we ordered did not make it through. We contacted Fast Growing Trees to see if this fell under the 1 year warranty and it did! We got a new tree to replace it within two weeks!
The dogwood plant was poorly formed and trimmed. Good roots, lots of clumps of green but no central leader. Not a plant I would have chosen from a grouping. Not very large and no flower buds so it will be years to see if it is white flowers.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
