I have ordered numerous trees, all but one arrived healthy and thriving. My cashew that was damaged in shipping was promptly replaced. Can't recommend FastGrowingTrees enough!
I ordered two trees, when they arrive one was of a different kind. Fast Growing Trees make it right to me sending me a replacement tree for that mistake, the new tree arrived but my husband said it was dying because the branches looked yellow. I don't know if I should call again to let them know about this or just go ahead any try our best to see if this one will survive.

The three I bought from the high-priced nursery were the same variety, twice as wide with double the branching, a little taller and filled with buds that are now starting to bloom. We have ordered three times this year from FastGrowingTrees.com. The second order had a plant that died and they replaced it with a very healthy plant. The third order was for two trees. One arrived broken (top part of the tree disconnected from bottom) and the other was the wrong variety. They replaced both, but we still got the wrong lime tree. (Ordered key lime and received 2 Mexican lime trees.)

Item arrive withered and dry, leaves began to fall off after a few days. However it looks like tree will survive. Can't spend 4 days in transit and expect to arrive pristine.

Ordered a red dogwood in memory of my brother. It came in good shape and is beautiful. In a matter of a couple weeks leaves changed to the most gorgeous red. Will order again. Also ordered a wisteria tree. It was in process of dropping leaves when shipped. Hopefully it will look great in spring.

This is the second time in a row that my experience was below expectations. There will not be a third! FGT needs to train their employees how to use a measuring tape. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.

Received my tree that was packed well but apparently the delivery people tossed it around and most of the branches arrived broken. I sent a couple photos to FGT and within an hour I received a response that the tree would be replaced. Four days later, I now own a perfectly shipped and received tree even nicer than the damaged one. Thank You for making me a very happy and now definitely loyal customer.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
