See above lol. I was very impressed with the safe packaging on the large tree and raspberry plant that I purchased. They both arrived fast, safe, and sound.

My tree was 10 days late getting to me, and when it arrived it looked sick. Like really sick -- the leaves were falling off, had some broken branches, and some freeze issues. It was a Christmas gift, and I've been nursing it back to health. It will be more of a "Charlie brown" tree than the one I was hoping for, but in the end it is here!
I ordered the rainbow eucalyptus tree. The first tree arrive dead, and customer service sent out a replacement the next day. That tree also arrived dead. Perhaps because it's shipping during winter, and Fedex mishandles live plants, but it's disappointing nonetheless.

Also, I noticed that I was charged a shipping fee that I don't recall being charged on original order.
In addition, the starter pot was beat up, and the photo showed tree in a planter. If a planter wasn't suppose to come with purchase, it was not made clear that you didn't get one.

My evergreens are so healthy and even smell wonderful. They were planted as quick as they arrived. All appear to have new growth in only weeks. I can't wait to watch them grow.
Ordering per phone was easy and well done. The FedEx experience was no as well done. I appreciated the tracking of the package and the instructions that came with it. FedEx had the package about 3 days according to the tracking and when I called them I was told it would be delivered by the next day. It took them three more days to finally get the tree to me. The box it came in was undamaged and I was able to handle it myself. I also insured it so I will have to wait until Spring to see how the tree fared.
Every plant I ordered was poor quality. For the price, I could have bought local and the plants be way better quality. The sizing is wrong... if they say it is 5', they are including the root ball... I will not buy from them again.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
