Hope the trees make leaves all fell off to long in shipping
I had ordered a Stella Cherry Tree from FastGrowing Trees in June 2021, I received the tree 3 days later. The tree was wilted and did not look too good but I planted it carefully but it never survived. I had taken out the insurance because of problems I had with other plants I had ordered. When I called to get a refund I was told that I could only get a replacement. I offered to pick it up because it seemed that the plants I had ordered in the past did not survive the transit. I was told that was not possible and I could only get a replacement. All in all I am not satisfied with the service and will not be doing any business with FastGrowing Trees in the future.

My EXPERIENCE with FGT was fantastic. However, the tree they sent me was dead on arrival, most likely due to insanely cold weather. This isn't the company's fault, however the product didn't survive the cold. However they were extraordinarily helpful at replacing it and made it so easy to work with so yes I will use them again. Perhaps your survey question could be reworded?
All the plants arrived as scheduled in good condition except one, call Custommer support and the attention and feedback was immediately
The trees that were delivered were very spindly. D dx mall and not what I expected. The local nurseries have much better healthier larger trees for less money. I was. It very satisfied spending over $300.00 dollars fir the trees that they shipped.

I ordered my trees in March. They didn't arrive until JULY. I don't believe they will survive the winter after being planted so late. Then they tell me I didn't purchase a warranty! On top of the price of the tree! Later they decided to give me credit. But I just looked at my credit card statement and they charged me. So now I have to call them and straighten it out. This company started out good but they have devolved into a money-grubbing monster.

I spent roughly $150 for 3 plants to be delivered to me.
1) monstera
2) pothos
3) Rubber plant ficus
It took a little over a week to get delivered to my home. As soon as I opened the first box, I knew I had made a mistake! The Rubber plant was 95% dead, it was clearly neglected and each and every leaf was shriveled up, brown, crispy and about to fall off! I reached out to a friend of mine who owns a reputable plant shop in bend to see if there was any way to save it, unfortunately there was not.
2) pothos (literally easiest plant to keep alive)
100% dead, the roots were black & some yellow. It was confirmed that it had root rot!
I don't know how someone could package this and think it was ok!
3) monstera plant- had quite a few broken lumps and leaves when I unboxed but that's to be expected. However after trimming off the black portion of the remaining leaves I discovered a fungus that had taken over the plant! This is the only one I may possibly be able to save,
Very very disappointed and want a complete REFUND! They should have a 2 week grace period for situations like this, or at minimum send me replacements!
The fact that all 3 were destroyed and not healthy leads me to believe you all are just out there scamming people and taking their money and shipping out DEAD plants

I ordered 2 trees. They were shipped in the same tall narrow box and arrived with one tree upside down on the other. The longest branch was broken on one of them. It seems they should have been shipped side by side and secured more thoroughly to avoid breakage. My trees that were advertised as "should bear fruit with a year" look doubtful on that front. I doubt I will buy from Fast Growing Trees in the future.

I have been gardening for 50 + years! Never have I ordered plants from a grower found online! However, recently I was searching for a plant not available locally in the size container I had hoped for... quart size! BOOM, Fast Growing Trees had EXACTLY what I wanted, Emerald Green Arborvitae's in small containers! I ordered 4! GREAT WEB SITE! FABULOUS SELECTIONS! AWESOME PRICES! Check out was easy! Impeccable packaging, received on schedule, NO DAMAGE! ALL four are doing FABULOUSLY, LOVING their new home! THANK YOU!

The Sago Palm is great. The Swiss Cheese plant is looking great in front of the window. He has new growth. The avocado tree was out of his pot with exposed roots. Some of the tips of the branches are turning black, so we will see. It came packed with the mango tree, so both were a bit of a mess. The coconut and the key lime look really good right now.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
